In no particular order:
Mike Oldfield - Incantations Thick as a Brick Emerson Lake & Palmer - Karn Evil 9 Yes - The Gates of Delirium Yes - Close to the Edge
The first 3 are split into multiple parts but at least one part of each is over 20mins... so am I clear?

He said not ones in parts! boo hiss . Joking man, it's a great piece, although part 2 is not really to my liking.
I think I'd go for:
The Mars Volta - Cassandra Gemini Godspeed You Black Emperor! - Static Dream Theater - Octavarium Neal Morse - The Door Symphony X - The Divine Wings Of Paradise
Its a bit generic but I'm not a lover of HUGE pieces, and most I have are in parts anyway so I'm a bit limited here :/

There isn't a single section of KE9 over 20 minutes otherwise I would have selected it! The total peice is 29 minutes (ish) and a bit longer live. I think some make the mistake of thinking that 3rd Impression starts in the 'acoustic' section. In fact the whole acoustic section is 2nd Impression. The longest section is 1st Impression at about 13 minutes although even that is usually split into 2 parts.
