	^ and ^^ I disagree strongly, who ever runs the tournament / poll gets to make the rules as they see fit. If they're taking the grief for it, then they at least get to dictate the rules as they see fit.

	He's constantly complaining about the ties is the problem. And that's an easy solution to them.
