SoulenginE is a new symphonic prog band featuring ex-members of The Watch. They released their debut album earlier this year, and it's advertised as "the best of 70's progressive rock blended with jazz, classical music, fusion, psychedelia".

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there are any great YouTube clips for evaluation, but this one may be helpful:

Here is their website: http://www.soulengine.it/documents/home.php

It would be great if we could get these guys added by the end of the year so they could be included in some best-of lists for 2012. Smile

Cheers,
Jeff

...actually, it looks like I lied about a lack of samples online. The entire album is streaming right here: http://www.soulengine.it/documents/mind_colours.html Tongue

I see (hear) no reason to disagree. So YES from me as well to SoulenginE. Rather pleasant music too.

... and we are located in completely different time zones, the three of us. It is morning here right now. For Scott, it should be evening. And for Iván, it should be in the middle of the night. Approve

Thanks to J-Man for the photos and CD info, I had to write a new bio because the one provided comes from the official site and we are obsessive adding only 100% original material

Thanks Iván. Smile I must've forgotten that you guys don't accept bios from the band's official site - I'll keep that in mind for next time. Thumbs Up

...and yeah, that efficiency was amazing! I guess it's been a while since I've really participated on the site, but I don't remember additions ever going this quickly. Keep up the great work, guys! Clap
