I don't manage to find much guitarist that play guitar like Steve Rothery. His long solos are so emotional, unique, and catchy, that nobody can reach his high level, i think Marillion has been so great because of his big talent and Fish leaved everything in his hands. He's the mind of Marillion, Fish just the arm!

Could u suggest me if exist a guitarrist rock and melodic like him? Andy Latimer and Gilmour are really good, but different.

Chris Fry from Magenta plays a lot of emotional/melodic guitar similar in style to Rothery.....Guthrie Govan on the Raven who refused to sing is very Rotheryesqe, especially on Drive Home

I always thought of La Locanda Delle Fate's Forse Le Luciole Non Si Amano Piu as the missing link between Symph and Neo, some of the guitar lines sound so much like early Marillion's Rothery.
Great album if you don't know it.

Yeah is true Guthrie Govan is similar to Rothery in Drive Home, i should listen much Magenta although.

Nick Barret is very good like guitarrist, but his style is a bit different.

Locanda delle Fate? It's based on piano and flutes, the guitar isn't so present, and when it's present sounds like Mike Oldfield in my opinion.
