I don't tend to recommend albums often, but this rather obscure Italian band (risen from their own ashes) has produced a fantastic album. Not your typical Neo-prog, with touches of funk, jazz, eclectic, fusion and a definite Italian touch. Mostly instrumental with compositions from the 80's but recorded lately.

	A very fine band, Athansios! I really enjoyed their first album, and even reviewed it when it came out! http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=37529 I'm going to order this new one very shortly too...and according to the Archives as I've just checked their page, apparently they have a live album from 2012 that I knew nothing of as well! Lots of variety on display from a talented and tasteful band!
