Father John Misty's I Love You, Honeybear, though it has plenty of stiff competition. Great year for lyrics.

^ My immediate though too. The man is 100% a brilliant lyricist and performer. 

I'm sure once i get the new Majical Cloudz, that would be up there too.

ILY,H is indeed a great lyric album.

Protomartyr's The Agent Intellect is also a great one. "Why Does It Shake?" probably stands with my top song lyrics this year.



And of course Kendrick deserves a mention.
