oohh man.  Don't keep tempting me..  I am having visions of Comiskey Park circa 1979 out in the parking lot here.. my show WOULD herald the end of the SWilson era in prog rock.  Thumbs Up

ahhh..  makes sense!  No Sam.. I do not lie and surely don't tell tall tales...  I am Mr. Raff.. why the hell would Ian invite me on his show.  LOL

Funny though.. the more I think about it. The more I think we do need a Micky Prog Radio Show.. done in Mick-style.  First show I blow up a SWilson album LIVE on the air!!!!

Mike is the regular co-host in case you haven't been a regular listener.. Raff was the guest thus the formality of introduction.
Yeah, that was a shocking revelation LOL

I only started listening from the RPI special so I thought it was you.

Besides being a great guy, Mike Lieto is the son of John Lieto of Frogg Cafe - whose new album should be released in 2016.

confused? The third host is Ian's friend Mike Lieto from NYC.  It is not me if that is what confused you.  I don't have the voice for radio, besides.. I'd have the FCC all over my ass if ever tried radio. Not to mention never playing a lick of SWilson.. or Dull... or Genesis.  I suppose my show would be a giant flop LOL

Though perhaps I'd find a niche as the Howard Stern of prog rock radio... naked prog chicks galore.. wild Italian prog rock and drunken excursions into the mind of Mick.

it wasn't me man LOLLOL.  It was Mike, not Michael (me). Come on man.. how long have you been here. Do I need to unleash a flood of SWilson rants to reaffirm my distain for his solo albums Thumbs Up

great show, even if suffereing from technical hell. (connection dropped just as the show was going live.. thus the first 30 minutes being nothing but music).

Always fun watching the magic of radio from the back seat (my favorite place). Observing.. not participating.

My favorite part of the evevning... Raff's speech.  Don't remember it... you didn't miss it.  Ian asked Raff's thoughts on her album of the year.. and lord have mercy did Raff give them. A wonderful 10 minute show of love... and when finished..  Ian ..ahem.. had to tell Raff that they were not on air LOLLOLLOL

CLASSIC!! Clap

Hi Micky and all!

Thanks for the post. I've had a busy week doing lots of Christmas shopping and listening in preparation for the show. Yes, the rumors are true - our own Raff is joining Mike and I for the Best of 2015 show! It's all very improvisational and fun, so it's hard to tell you what will be played, but most likely some Guapo, Necromonkey, Hands, Schnellertollermeier, Sonar, William D Drake, 3RDegree, echolyn, The Tea Club, Steven Wilson, Gavin Harrison and others.

We will also be giving away an extra copy of The Tea Club’s terrific new album, Grappling. Like last time, this will be a raffle-like situation (do I ever despise the word ‘raffle’ *shudders*), and all you have to do to be entered into the raffle is join the chat room during tonight’s show! No trivia questions or any of that nonsense. Easy.

Oh, here's the links you might need.

Tune in 6 pm EST tonight here.
Chat here

The Website for more info, updates, and a look at our shiny new logo created by the insanely talented Nick Prol. Naturally the whole thing will be available to play tomorrow here.

/Kirk out.
