I'm looking for the best albums of "extreme prog", or fast avant-prog, like cardiacs, poil, korekyojinn, probably kayo dot Choir of the eye, naked city, etc. Any suggestions?

In that case try anything from Colin Marston and/or Mick Barr:  Orthrelm, Indricothere, Ocrilim, Dysrhythmia, and as I mentioned Behold..the Arctopus.

Ruins you probably know, The Flying Luttenbachers, P.O.N., Jean Louis, Combat Astronomy, some Cheer-Accident.
Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I observed before. It can be much like that with music for me; immersed in experiencing the moment.
