Halloween Compilation 2025 - Open Call for Tracks

I dunno about you, but this year is absolutely FLYING by for me- indeed, before we know it, Halloween will be upon us again! I thought it might be cool to mark the occasion by dedicating the next volume of the "Exquisite Tones for Oozing Ears" compilation to said spooky season, or more specifically, the types of films that many of us like to watch throughout October- horror, thriller, mystery, trash, exploitation...you know the drill...

So, if that sounds your bag and you'd like to take part, here's the lowdown:

* IMPORTANT- to give the comp conceptual unity, *please* leave a note letting me know the title of the film (or films) that your piece is dedicated to/inspired by!

* All experimental/underground styles, sub-genres and hybrids are welcome, but especially those from the darker end of the spectrum.

* Individual tracks up to 10 minutes in length in lossless WAV, FLAC etc format.

* One piece per-project, so if you have several bands/aliases, you’re more than welcome to send multiple pieces.

* Pieces can be new/unreleased, archival, previously released, remixed, edited, collaborative etc- however you want to represent your project(s)- so long as you're submitting original music (i.e. no cover versions, please).

* Please title your files as just ‘Artist Name - Track Name’ so there are no misunderstandings.

* Please, no politics/hate speech/extremism etc- it’s not that kind of label.

* If you have any relevant website/social media links, please include them with your submission(s).

* Send tracks via WeTransfer (or similar) to the email address in the above image.

Deadline is October 5th 2025.

The comp will be released digitally on Bandcamp via Corn on the Cob Music (formerly Shack in the Barley Productions) as a FREE download in the second half of October 2025.
