To download one video you just have to right click on the video while you are watching it. Then select "Properties" and copy its URL adress. Enter that adress in your navigator and the Windows Media Player will play the video. Wait until it is completely loaded (when the video is long you must play it and wait for a few minutes) and then just select "Save as" in the "File" menu.

This instructions are valid for any WMP file in the net.

Not neccessarily. That's not to say there aren't ways, but I'm not going to tell people them otherwise the whole reason for PA streaming becomes a bit pointless

Yes! I could download them now.
I just entered with adress in my navigator and opened a window asking if I wanted to save or open it. So I saved one by one.
