For it has been missing

(Along with "The Power and the Glory")

Forever and ever -- Hey men?"

Stern Smile

Joust kidding -- we luv ya, Maani! Hug

I hadn't checked out this thread until now and nothing could have prepared me for the horror of seeing the "Love Beach" cover for the first time in 20 years!  !! It's probably the worst cover in the history of recorded music and I was decidedly underwhelmed by the music too so it's the only ELP album i actually wound up selling. Or trading or whatever I did with it,this oldtimers memory is getting hazier all the time. My friends made mercyless fun of me for that album, probably a contributing factor in getting rid of it! Seldom has an album been screaming CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION like that one.

"Odessa" was about as close as they got. It was pretty good though.
