Is there a policy against someone who creates an account simply to bash an album? I normally don't pay much attention to this but recently I noted two new names, giving one only review each, and a bad review at that , with nothing else to offer.

PM me if you want me to point it out.

Does it all come out in the wash? Probably. I just find it incredibly annoying and it effects the integrity of the rating system.

No policy as such Sty, it would be impractical to monitor.
 
It really comes down to the review itself. The question is quite simply, does the review comply with the site rules and guidelines?
 
If you think any such reviews do not, report them in the Reviews reporting thread (mentioning the one time review aspect), and they will be looked at.
