DT:
According to the myth, Pandora opened the box and released "sorrows," including "sickness and suffering and misery, hatred and jealousy and greed...and other cruel things that freeze the heart and bring on old age." Another translation of the myth defines the things released as "ills," including "disease, despair, malice, greed, old age, hatred, violence, cruelty and war."
Re song titles, if you want to stick to the myth, you might want to start with "Opening the Box," and then name the songs for the various "sorrows" or "ills" (e.g., "Greed," "Violence," "Despair," etc.) One specific suggestion would be "The Frozen Heart," which just sounds SO prog...
Anyway, that's my two cents. Whatever you do, have fun, good luck, and let all of us hear it when you're done!
Peace.

If you want a shocking ending, you could always end with evil triumphing over hope. mind you, it's not the most popular choice, but it would be cool

Pandora can be anyone.
War, plagues(aids), starvation...........
Through it all we still got hope, right?

There is always:
Use the theme of "Pandora's Box" in today's world, metaphorically.

I would suggest you NOT to do that, over-the-top cultural references sound a little bit too cliché in the prog world. Well, it's only my opinion, but I prefer good lyrics about everyday life's existential questions rather than pretentious litterature references...
