If you like Uriah Heep, check Deep Purple and Atomic Rooster if you haven't already. If you like Rush check, though I'm definitely sure you had already checked them, Led Zeppelin and Budgie. I've heard that Porcupine Tree in their early albums they played some kind of Psych/Space Prog ala Pink Floyd, so check them if you haven't yet, as well as Eloy.
Then if you want unique bands that barely have something to do with the bands you mentioned, then check: Frank Zappa, Genesis, Yes, ELP(Emerson, Lake & Palmer), King Crimson, Van Der Graaf Generator, Caravan, Soft Machine, Gentle Giant, and a whole bunch of others.

YES! Another Volta fan
You have good taste in bands my friend. Keep it up, and hopefully you will get into Opeth's heavier works further down the line. If you like Harvest and Benighted, may I suggest their other ballads such as Credence (My Arms, Your Hearse), To Bid You Farewell (Morningrise), Face Of Melinda (Still Life) and A Fair Judgement (Deliverance)? Also, you might want to check out Damnation. All mellow stuff

Sheesh, if you haven't heard Floyd and you love PT, you need to check out Floyd. (Animals would be a very good place to start.) And then you can start listening to some GOOD prog.

You may like Tool, Indukti, and Isis based oin what you already listen to. (Granted, if you're going to get into Tool I would recommend starting with either AEnima or La te ra lus, 'cause the stuff that came before that wasn't all that prog, and for some reason alot of people don't like their new album, so either of those two should be a good start for them).
Also, if you dig really heavy Prog stuff like Opeth, then you should definately check out bands like Meshuggah, Cynic, Kayo Dot, for instance. :)
If you like PT, you should give older bands like Pink Floyd and Hawkwind a try. Also, for some really cool world-influenced instrumental space-rock, Ozric Tentacles are really good.
That should get you started for now.
