I think that allot of the little songs on Minstrel in the Gallery were great, like Grace and Requiem.

From the ones I know, I guess my favourite would be Eleanor Rigby. Though as far as I remember, Genesis ones and Pink Floyd's one are rather nice too. However, my favourite short song might just as well be Dream Theater "Wait for Sleep". Oh, by the way, "War inside my Head" is really cool too, though completley different to Wait for Sleep.

In the prog my favorite is "Tapping into My dark Tranquility" - Kiko Loureiro (Angra).
In the Not Prog, Enya's song "Watermark".

Spirit of the Water.  I tried and tried and tried to get into Camel in  the early days, but they always lost my interest somehow.  This song singlehandedly kept me coming back, until finally I learned to admire and love the band.  Two minutes of music that totally changed the prog landscape for me.

I've always love "Horizons." "Lavender" is a close second.
