I have a band and I can't seem to find anyone who can play keyboard. Anybody know where I can find one because we are just a young band that would like to do more progressive stuff, but first we need a keyboardist.

I'm not sure how to answer this question..

Go to some local music stores whether that is a Sam Ash or a small vinyl shop and see if they have a place for you to put up a poster about your band and the problem you have.

If you're in school still... talk to some people in the school's band (Orchestral or Marching), see if anyone plays keys at all.

Look for a young keyboarist in your area.  You could even use the internets to find one or something.
