In these last days I'm writing on my blog the list with my Top-10 Rock/Prog albums for 2014. It's going to be in 3 parts, and so far I've uploaded the first 2 parts. The 3rd one will be ready in 3-4 days. I'm writing a few info and my personal opinion for each album, and I'm also including a video in the end, for the visitors to be able to get an idea immediately. I also have a blog (first link in my sig), and at the beginning of every year I publish a retrospective on the best progressive music released in the past year. However, I use a different format: rather than making a list, I mention the albums that have impressed me most by grouping them thematically (sort of). It's all very free-form, but I also make sure to include links to Bandcamp or similar pages whenever they are available. Anyway, I have just added a link to your blog to my own blog's Friends list! You could also (if you are interested ofc) log in and listen to my radio show at some point, on which we play some really interesting music, and we have musicians as guests and listeners on the chatbox from time to time.
