Hi everyone. I am new to the forums here, great forum by the way and I'm glad I have found it as the last few years I have begun to shift towards more and more progressive rock in my music taste. A good friend of mine has been working really hard on their first solo album for the last year or so and it is finally released now! I think a lot of you would really enjoy it. I guess I would describe at as epic melodic progressive instrumental rock with moving melodies and atmosphere's. It was mixed by Dave Bainbridge (Iona) and features guest appearance's from Troy Donockley (Nightwish) , Tom Quayle and also Paul Beilatowicz (Carl Palmer Band), Orchestration by Vanessa James There is quite a lot of variety on the album but I think there is definitely stuff on here that would be interesting to a lot of you here and guitar and keyboard players will definitely get a kick out of it. | Yea thats fair enough, I know it doesn't really fall into a particular category but I considered it would be something that quite a few members of the forum would enjoy musically, hopefully :-) |
