well other than half the musical world seemingly passing away.. along with a few cultural icons tossed in as a bonus gift.

2016 the movie sucks.. but I hear the sequel 2017 will be even worse...

Some artists on Bandcamp have their music available for free download. So you'll have to go searching there. You won't get advice on any non-legal manners in which to find free music though, in case that was what you wanted.
