when I read "comfort food" I did not think of dinner; I rather thought
of the little tidbits you eat in between. but when it comes to dinner give me some rice dish: stuffed bell peppers with rice, chicken fricassee with rice, bulgogi with rice, sushi, goulash with rice, risotto with chanterelles, Peking duck with rice, sashimi with rice and miso soup, paella, fried chicken with rice, chicken curry with rice, young pigeons with rice - whatever, as long as there is rice with it. much better than noodles or potatoes.
