What else sounds like this? An amazing album of experimental/post rock.

The Daughters album sounds more like early Swans to me, but it is quite good.

The Seer is one of my favorite albums of the decade. The band Oneida is probably the closest I can think of to this sound. They've got the repetition, intensity, and experimentation, although they aren't as dark.

You might also try Oranssi Pazuzu's Varahtelija, Boris'

flood, Man Forever's Play What They Want.

Best album (that I know) of the 2010s. Totally hypnotic and captivating. Swans are a force of nature, even more so live. I love the whole 2010s trilogy, probably the best run of three albums for me together with KCs early eighties and the last three Talk Talk albums.
There's a clear Can influence in this in my view. When I heard something from the album for the first time (which was in a bike shop), the Can connection struck me hard, and as a Can fan I knew I need to get this.
