I had forgotten that Nightwish members were also in the band Auri. I had listened to their first album a few years ago but just discovered they had just released their 2nd album. upon review, after a few listens, I thought since Nightwish are in these archives, it made sense to nominate this band for the team to review. Additionally, the 2nd album was more prog orientated.
From Wiki: Auri is a Finnish band composed of vocalist and violinist Johanna Kurkela, keyboardist and backing vocalist Tuomas Holopainen, and guitarist, keyboardist and pipe player Troy Donockley. Holopainen and Donockley are also members of Finnish band Nightwish.
Their self-titled first album, Auri, was released on March 23, 2018 and was recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios.
Their second album, titled II – Those We Don't Speak Of was later released on 3 September 2021
Holopainen described Auri's style as "rabbit hole music and celestial metal" with "influences from folk music, Celtic music, [and] soundtracks". British rock magazine Prog describes the band as prog folk. The band's name is based on a female character from The Kingkiller Chronicle.

seems reasonable to me, crossover would work too but Troy Donockley kind of tips it over to folk and there is pretty much no metal here

the folk part is evident, the rock part is a bit rare to my tastes, and TBH, I haven't heard the prog part.

it's prog in the same sense as Nightwish is prog, minus the metal
