Start with the first - simply called "Happy the Man" (1976). I rate it 5 out of 5; it's simply amazing. I only discovered it a couple of years ago after tracing Kit Watkins back from Camel on a Rock family tree. After a couple of decades of silence they've recently released a new album which is pretty good, but their best (imho) is the first one.
