Is there something like the Countrylist?
For example,I'like to know what bands(and how many)are from China.Should I digest all bands from A to Z hoping to find a Chinese ones?Hours of sweating!!! Why there no definition scale in "Switch Index" menu BY COUNTRIES?Everytime when I need to skip the Russian bands' list I click to Avtograf and only then I can click on country...a waste of preciuos seconds,that is a needless luxury in our fast times

You are right, I was looking for that as well. Maybe mailto:M@x - M@x or someone knows a better way, but you can type this into your address bar: http://www.progarchives.com/Band-list.asp?country=43 - http://www.progarchives.com/Band-list.asp?country=43 only substitute the country number for the one you're looking for. They appear to be numbered alphabetically, so go to your profile settings and click on the "country" dropdown box and start counting. Turns out China is #43, and it doesn't appear there are any bands listed here from China. If someone else knows a better way I'd love to hear it (unless mailto:M@x - M@x is willing to publish a metadata table). Good luck. ------------- "Peace is the only battle worth waging." I asked for the same possibility long time ago but to no avail. For example, I frequently need to have the list of Yugoslavian bands, so once I got that page I simply bookmarked it in my favorites. But, yes if I want to check the bands from China I should do like you described which is pain in the ass! |
