I suspect this is the HTM album most have not heard or don't own, which is a shame, as this true progressive symphony of rock is one of their finest offerings. Never properly recorded but preserved with love and presented by those wonderful people at Cuneiform, find this treasure before it really does become rare.

I have this album and it is as perfect as all other albums by this wonderful band.
Actually it can be considered as very first album by HtM. The title track - 38 minutes suite divided in 11 parts was recorded at the rehearsal room at the band house on New York Ave., Harrisonburg, VA during the last half of 1974, as well as the second track. And the last track was recorded early 1976.
Cuneiform said on the sleeve: "The music on this CD was recorded during rehearsals under primitive conditions. We have taken every step to insure that these recordings sound as good as possible as released on this CD. We feel that the rarity of the material and the excellence of the music more than make up for the less than perfect sound."
And I agree with them - the music is excellent!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Yeah, it's *really* good; I mean, the sound quality is an issue but you get used to it-- the opus is first rate and I can't imagine the historic loss if Cuneiform hadn't packaged this in 1999. It also includes 'New York Dreams Suite' and 'Merlin of the High Places'.
