I think I prefer All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone. It's more varied, has greater use of dynamics, and more raw. The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place has great melodies, especially on "First breath After Coma" and "Your Hand in Mine," but I think it's just not as good.Big%20smile

I'd rate the albums thusly:

The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place: 4.0 stars
All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone: 4.5 stars

I'm about to order the new one (sometime this upcoming week), and looking forward to hearing it. The Earth... is one of the most beautiful albums I've ever heard, so it'll be tough to top.

I'm going to hear the new one as soon as I can. I will vote when I've heard it.

I'm still having troubles with their new album. I'll have to wait a little longer to make a clear vote.
