Even
if we are all happy about the successful "Posthumous Silence Show", we
have to make an announcement, which will touch the SYLVAN fan: Kay Söhl
– our long time guitarist – has definitely left the band. The reasons are multiple and we can assure you that for both sides this step was not easy at all. Finally it was the best solution and it is important now to know where we stand! Kay will turn towards new projects in the future and we will continue at the moment with guest guitarists until we have found a worthy successor! -------------

Terrible news, Kay and his guitar were a very important (or even essential) part of Sylvan's style. Not easy to fill his shoes. What a pity!

Pretty bummed out, too. I've really been getting into Sylvan's music lately and I hope the dynamic(s) of the group isn't jeopardized with him leaving. E -------------
