Oh no, I said what I meant. "Am I to say, aloud, all of 'em?" of course implying that I am going to say out loud that I love every Gentle Giant song ever.

Time to come clean about somethin'...I'm a complete n00b when it comes to GG.  I don't own a single one of their albums, and to be honest, I avoided them for a long time because they just sounded so silly to me...of course times have changedWink but I still haven't explored their back catalogue - one of those things I "look forward" to (every progger has several bands like this - you know you love 'em but you put it off for another time)  Having said that, they seem to come up a lot on internet radio stations I listen to:  so I've copied a list from last.fm of Giant songs that impressed me enough to tag 'em.

The Advent of Panurge
Pantagruel's Nativity
Nothing at All
Black Cat
Interview
Peel the Paint
I Lost My Head
Alucard
Giant
Dog's Life - underrated!!
Why Not?
Funny Ways
On Reflection
Experience
Raconteur Troubadour

Funny...I can't even remember half of these, but they must have been pretty good because I'm quite stingy with what I put into my "loved tracks" on last.fm

Top 15 Gentle Giant songs? Wow, that's a really tall order. I might have an easier time with ELP, Yes, or Genesis, believe it or not. But what the hell. Here goes! NOT in particular order other than "coming to mind":

 1. "In A Glass House"

 2. "Schooldays"

 3. "Proclamation"

 4. "Think of Me With Kindness"

 5. "The House, The Street, The Room"

 6. "His Last Voyage"

 7. "Experience"

 8. "Aspirations"

 9. "Black Cat"

 10. "Playing the Game"

 11. "Just the Same"

 12. "A Song For Everyone"

 13. "The Face"

 14. "Isn't It Quiet and Cold"

 15. "Funny Ways"

acccch!!! So hard to stop at 15, but that's what was asked for!!!  So ya got it.....

after doing some "research" on GG to refresh my memory, I realized that I have a strong preferance for the first four albums (as shown by the list).  I could be wrong, but it seems to me that most people like the stuff from 1973-76 the best...if so, is there some sort of lineup change that sparked the stylisitc change?

From the amazon samples, I'm really diggin' the debut album.  Actually I think I have almost all of the songs from that one on my list...seems kinda strange.  Does anyone else prefer the first album the rest rest of Giant's work?

Over the years I've tried to get into Gentle Giant more than any other band that didn't immediately inspire.  I have still failed to find a single song to put into my top 1000.

However, for some reason that I don't understand, I will keep trying.
