Together with an album teaser which is mixed from the 4 different songs, the single (and closer) of Tick Tock, Winter Is Never can be streamed on this website: http://www.gazpachomusic.de/ - http://www.gazpachomusic.de/

I was not very fascinated by this song, Night (which is a true masterpiece) was closer to me. But that's the shortest song on the album, therefore I don't really worry.

I'm member of the Gazpacho e-mail list, they sent the following data on the 29th January:

"Our fifth studio album, titled Tick Tock, is scheduled to be released on March 15th 2009. The album will be released by HTW records, a division of Sony BMG.

Track Listing:
1. Desert Flight (7:39)
2. The Walk (13:41)
3. Tick Tock (22:24)
4. Winter is never (4:55)"

I will be in London for their Islington concert over Easter, the last of their tour I think. I don't know them much . I've listened to some samples . Nice mellow sound and I expect worth a look if tickets are available . I quite like the mellower prog [ e.g. ' Modern Masquerade' by FRUUPP } . Not saying that they're that similar , but what do you reckon . Should I drag the missus along ?

Looking still the same after all these years...

Listening to the samples.... Sounds like Radiohead decided to finally do a 20 minute long song!

I'll likely check it out - Night was a great album.

Does anyone know if this is released yet?
I don't see it listed in any shops (in the US)

You have to wait a very long time till it gets there LOL Try on http://www.gazpachoworld.com - www.gazpachoworld.com , or http://www.marillion.com - www.marillion.com (M's webshop contains the previous Gazpacho albums).

For those that are interested, Tick Tock is available for purchase/download from iTunes, e-Music and Amazon.

I've given it a couple listens and would give an initial rating of 3.5 stars.  The first and last songs are skipable, The Walk is pretty good, Tick Tock is fantastic, at one point towards the end of part one, the most amazing choir comes in.  Very deep and sinister, I get goosebumps.  Overall, worth the price of admission.

I'll give this one a full review after a few more spins.

I don't have an unnatural obsession with Disney Princesses, I have a fourteen year old daughter and coping mechanisms.
