Todd Rundgren recently announced that he will perform the world premiere of his 1973 psychedelic album A Wizard, A True Star in Akron, Ohio in September, followed by the British premiere of the album concert performance at the London HMV Hammersmith Apollo on 6th February 2010. The band line-up was revealed by Todd Rundgren earlier this week on the Net. The band will consist of Roger Powell - synthesizers and keyboards (Utopia), Greg Hawkes - synthesizers and keyboards (The Cars), Prairie Prince - drums (The Tubes), Jesse Gress - guitar (Tony Levin Band), Kasim Sulton - bass (Utopia) and Todd Rundgren - lead vocals and guitar.
