Sorry,
From the top one hundred, I pretty much show my true colors:
1) A Trick of the Tail - Genesis 2) Selling England by the Pound - Genesis 3) The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway - Genesis 4) Awake - Dream Theater 5) Wind and Wuthering - (yep, them again) 6) Operation: Mindcrime - Queensryche 7) Be - Pain of Salvation 8) Doomsday Afternoon - Phideaux 9) Fear of a Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree 10) Foxtrot - Genesis
It's not that I enjoy Genesis to the exclusion of all else, it's just that my other favorites aren't everyone else's favorites. I don't really like Yes, King Crimson or Jethro Tull. Pink Floyd and ELP did get some consideration but nothing better than my choices (in my mind). If there was more Neo-Prog or modern symphonic on the top 100 then there would have been a greater variety on my list but that's what I have out of the available choices.

These would be my favorite ten among PA's top one hundred for the moment. This list will not have numbers since it is in no particular order, I love all these albums for different reasons, so I don't feel like ranking them against each other.
Moving Pictures - Rush: Probably my favorite rush album. Start to finish it is brilliant, really enjoy witch hunt.
Fragile- Yes: A masterpiece, way ahead of its time.
Wish You were here- Pink Floyd: favorite floyd album. Great instrumentation and atmosphere.
Selling England by the Pound- Genesis: Epic from start to finish, one of the best prog albums ever recorded.
Image and Words- Dream Theater: One of thier best albums, a very unique piece of work.
De-Loused in the Comatorium- The Mars Volta: One of the best modern heavy prog albums to be released in the last decade. Intense and engaging, I got into this band before I got into prog and I've remained a fan with every release.
Into the Electric Castle- Ayreon: This album is amazing. A great mix of various styles with superb musicianship from a very talented collective of various artist.
Scenes from a memort metropolis part II- Dream Theater- great playing by all members, interesting concept and story.
The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway- Genesis: Some may call this album excessive. Doesn't bother me a bit. The last great Genesis album. Though trick of the tail is good, the peter gabriel years where Genesis's finest.
A Farewell to Kings- Rush: This band has never dissapointed me. Great songs both in lyric and instrument content. Farwell to kings, Xanadu and Cygnus X-1 are all great compositions.
