Iīve just bought a japanese prog album, from a band named Negasphere. The album is really good and sounds a lot like UK, mainly the keyboards that resemble very much Eddie Jobson. The music has a few touches of neo, since their work is from 1984 and 1985.

Iīve checked the internet for info and couldnīt find a lot, but they are listed both in gepr and proggnosis, which means that their prog credentials are well-known.

Sorry for not contributing more, but I really couldnīt find more info. Maybe someone knows this band and can add info.
