I'm very interested in the 60's and 70's Dark Psychedelic like early Pink Floyd and Message. Can anyone recommend some songs like..

Careful With That Axe Eugene,
Set The Controls For The Heart of The Sun,
A Saucerful of Secrets

Thank You Ying Yang

First thing to come to mind is Can's "Tago Mago" album.  Pretty much the whole album is like that, and it's a double!

O well, just had to make sure, for if you liked those songs Live in Pompeii was a must have. Any Pink Floyd bootlegs that you know of with really good sound quality? I don't know many bootlegs, and most of the ones I've heard have terrible quality and don't really like hearing them. One exception is Smoking Blues, and I really like that concert. As far as I know there must be some rather good BBC recordings, but haven't got them.

A newer band you might like, Om, a lot of their stuff is "drone metal" their chilled out stuff reminds me of that era of Floyd, really embracing eastern influences. The album God is Good is all like that:

Aphrodite's Child's 666 album to a certain extent comes to mind.

Arzachel's only album comes to my mind. the final track "Metempsychosis" should be right up your alley. you can listen to it here (it had to be uploaded in 2 parts because of its length):

the first and self-titled album of Ash Ra Tempel comes to mind too, especially the track "Amboss" (German for "Anvil"). it had to be uploaded in two parts too:

also their albums "Schwingungen" and "Join Inn", which have tracks like this one too.

and then the first two albums of the Cosmic Jokers. here the track "Cosmic Joy", also in two parts:

I could also mention the track "The Marilyn Monroe Memorial Church" from Amon Düül 2's album "Tanz der Lemminge" or "Phallus Dei" from their first album. also the album "Hawk Meets Penguin" by the British Amon Düül. and that's just a few examples. early Krautrock was full of that stuff

Perhaps even some parts of Il Balleto di Bronzo's YS, even though much more frantic.

I think a lot of Krautrock has a kind of dark, psychadelic vibe.

Try early Amon Duul II and maybe even some early Popol Vuh.

Try early Hawkwind or Tangerine Dream before the synths took over.
