I don't really know, which subgenre would they fit into, because their music is very diverse. They started as a heavy prog band, heavily influenced by proto-prog bands like Deep Purple, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, but have shown a lot of symphonic, maybe even more experimental tendencies (on the instrumental tracks) in their first album. In their second album they have finally evolved their own sound, which is for me, as a newbie to prog a bit too hard to define. There's definitely a lot of eclectism and diversity. Since their loss of their keyboardist/vocalist, they have transformed into something fusion-like (check out the new song "Labirint"). Their leader is the guitarist Miha Petric, who was also instructed by Pavel Kavec - the guitarist and vocalist from Oko - a Slovenian heavy prog band, which allready is on PA. Their second album "I Am" is highly recommended to any good music fan.  |

My opinion is - strong Pink Floyd influenced band. That's a Good thing. Pluton has elements of Astronomy Domine Both are different, but these elements are there. The rest of tracks is quite original sounding. Undefinable by me. Time for a new subgenre!!!!!!!! Can you give me an example of a band like that? I'm really curious. Anyway, I think that a heavy prog of fusion specialist should give them a listen. |

^ It's more like feeling. I'm young, only 21 years, only 2 of them listening mostly to Prog. I depend on my feelings rather than skills and knowledge that I still have to develop (and am developing). You don't know about that I suppose, but a lot of bands gets suggested for one genre, rejected, then suggested for another, again rejected and then suggested for final genre and accepted. It's slow, but sometimes we don't have other choice. Well, as a Moonlight Sky expert, I'll add my 2 cents. They should be put under Jazz Fusion. Why? Because since last year, they are operating as a trio without their vocalist and keys musician, Kržič. First two albums are definitely something between Crossover and Eclectic (I would choose the second one), but as they said to me, the trio will be their way from now on. Their third album that comes out at the end of this year (probably), will be instrumental jazz fusion album. Their trio project was presented with this wonderful piece of music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd3YUSU1tOA& So, since their road to success will now have fusion bricks, not progrock ones, they should be put under Jazz-Rock genre. If I am to trust their words that they won't be getting back to their old ways with vocals and keys (so ecletic prog), that is. Good band. I can already hear the teams responding to this suggestion. JRF: "Instrumental rock with some jazzy themes. Not interested." Crossover: "Too fusion-ish for us". Eclectic: "Crossover". They seem to be moving towards a clearer case of Jazz-Rock indeed, but they will be evaluated on the basis of the already published material. I'll ask the Crossover Team to give them the first try. Hey guys, I thought they're Prog. Crossover should be good for them. Because by my opinion, having a lot of elements from different genres (most of them being Prog) should be advantage, because there is a lot of originality in their music.

Well, I am now in Crossover team, so I guess it's time to place my vote. Crossover probably, so be it like that. Maybe Space Prog, but I guess that Crossover is suitable as well.
