While I know the correct answer is Wyatt, I have yet to hear the other two, so no vote.

Impossible poll. All three are wonderful in their own way so I can’t vote.

Not all that impossible. Wyatt is the one with Rock Bottom.

Mr. Robert Wyatt.

Yes but Ayers has ''Joy of a Toy'' & ''Shooting at the Moon'' while Allen has the whole Gong mythology and the Radio Gnome Trilogy.

Robert Wyatt play drums while he sings!

I play alot of Soft Machine these days. Drumming and singing is really fun (but hard). Moon in June is amazing to play!

I love all 3, but Robert Wyatt has been the most consistently excellent in his solo output. Even if that weren't the case, neither Allen nor Ayers has released anything that equals Rock Bottom.

He's on the Jet-Propelled Photographs album, which was released much later (originally a pre-RGI Trilogy album).

Exactly.  That's why I can't vote either.
