I think I like Sun Caged a little better because they sound more diverse than Dream Theater. But if they get a jazz drummer for their next album it might sound interesting!

Sun Caged is a pretty good band, but is influenced by DT.

Not a fair poll, Sun Caged have only released only three albums. DT has been around for 3 decades already. Damn, time flies, I listened to DT for the first time back in '94.

I don't know Sun Caged, but for the posts I have read, it sounds like it would have been a better match with Haken.
