What guitar scales does santana use on the album Caravanserai, particularly Song of the Wind? Thanks

I haven't heard it in a while, but on Song of the Wind I remember the main chords being two major 7ths, I think FM7 to CM7 and he's using mostly C major and using a lot of pentatonics with some G major (or C lydian) mixed in. When the solo starts and he's playing the high f# on the high E string and there's more tension, it's lydian. I think Neil Schon from Journey actually played a good portion of the solo.

Santana in general uses a lot of pentatonic in his lead playing, maybe throwing in dorian or mixolydian (or lydian) in there for spice. He is one of the best players to use the pentatonic scale

Valentino summed it up. I like his usage of minor scales and with Santana...it's very traditional sounding.
