        Hello.
I'd like to inform you about Jazzcomputer.org's work, available
on line since five years and 8 albums. It's a music of fusion, with jazzy
improvisations over electro-ambient moods which seems to be of a great
interest to prog rock lovers.
The latest release is an album called « Places », freely available
with the previous albums on http://www.jazzcomputer.org/places" rel="nofollow - http://www.jazzcomputer.org/places (CC by-nc
licence).
A booklet is joined, with photographs of Urban Explorer Tony Pullen.
A compilation is also available :

The http://www.jazzcomputer.org/audio/index2.html" rel="nofollow - new album that you're streaming on the website sounds like a mix of prog electronic and ECM-style ambient jazz. Quite difficult to assign to any of the PA categories... I'll ask the Prog Electronic Team to evaluate the suggestion.

Hello, thanks for welcoming me this way, I'm glad to see you're a little puzzled to classify what I try to do... Smile

Thanks for the jazzarchive site, I haven't heard about it.

Best, Yves.

Jazz Music Archives is relatively new, but it's an absolutely great website for jazz fans.

That's an odd name you've chosen....

I have to agree that it will probably only fit in Electronic here if at all.

thanks for this suggestion. I'll be glad to include this challenging project in the progressive electronic section. Is there anything I should know about the releases notes (officially signed editions...)? Thanks beforehand

Thanks for adding my music to Progarchives :).
For the release notes, all the albums are self produced under Creative Commons CC by-NC licence. It would be really nice to indicate in some way that the music is strongly connected to jazz and ambient music. I'm at your disposal to provide you any information you could need (complete discography, 8 albums so far, bio, context notes and presentation or whatever).
The name "jazzcomputer.org" is related to the fact that the website is the music, among other things (jazz and computer)...

Something new about that ? It doesn't seem that jazzcomputer.org can be found using the search form...

Thanks in advance,

Yves.
