Interesting stuff... They remind me more of Naked City than any tech/extreme band, as tech/extreme as they are. I'm going to have to listen deeper into it, seeing as I'm leaning towards them not being progressive.

Hmm, Grindcore with a free-jazz approach? I think this is something we could have a closer look at. Not sure of the outcome though, my ears hurt already after 3 minutes  |

LOVE them, Krallice one of Mick Barrs other project is already in the chives and he has also worked with The Flying Luttenbachers (also on the PA) and either would set a good precident for genre placement. The Naked City reference makes a ton of sense, Mick Barr has realeased a couple of albums on Tsadik and worked with Zorn on many occasions. I think they could fit in either Tech/Extreme or Avant just depending on wich team gets to them first. ------------- who hiccuped endlessly trying to giggle but wound up with a sob |

^ as did I, I guess because Mick Barr is so prominent in the ExTech scene with all his various projects, particularly those that start with 'O' ; Ocrillum, Octis, and Orthrelm. Colin Marston's Indricothere, a somewhat similar project, is here in Tech/Extreme, but of course that doesn't necessarily mean Barr should be added. |

Out of the two albums currently on Grooveshark, this was the one I thought was most appropriate for the suggestion. The extremely dense compositions made me think this was a no-brainer, though I could be wrong.
