Excluding two live tracks, Mekanik Destruktiw Kommandoh and Theusz Hamtaak.
And also excluding an opera, Katia Kabanova. It's probably several episodes put together into large tracks.
And "Excerpt from the Snow Goose" (many bits put together into one track)

1. Henryk Gorecki - Miserere (Opus 44) 32:42
2. Godspeed you! black emperor - Motherf**ker=Redeemer 31:25
3. Klaus Schulze - Ebene Gewitter: energy rise-energy collaps 29:04
4. Magma - Sons et Chorus de Batterie 26:38
5. Black tape For A Blue Girl - For You Will Burn Your Wings Upon The Sun 26:14

I could have included The Whirlwind, The Incident or Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, but I consider them all suites rather than individual songs.

I only included the live version of the Whirlwind because that is how it is treated on the disc/iTunes.  The studio version is broken out into individual songs for all 3 of those that you listed, otherwise I may have included them too. LOL
The next longest song that I have is Mukti by Shakti which is 1:03:31.

Not counting Whirlwhind - I believe Mei by Echolyn is the longest clocking in at nearly 50 minutes.  Next up would be Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells and Jethro Tull's TAAB and Passion Play all clocking in b/w 40-45 minutes (yes, I'm too lazy to look up exact times and yes those three albums are in two separate parts, but I consider them one song which was only divided due to the constraints of vinyl).  Wait, I forgot HC's Trondheim which is somewhere around 80 minutes spread over 2 disks.

You don't have that.  At best you might have a short excerpt from it.  I live a short walking distance from Jem Finer's Longplayer, which started in 2000 and is set to continue for a thousand years, but I would never claim to own it.

5 longest wha?

The number one top longest song goes to Jethro Tull's "Thick As A Brick" (43:44).

The honorable number two spot goes to the Far East Family Bands' "Parallel World" (30:08).

Number three goes to "Atom Heart Mother" by Pink Floyd (23:21).

(Both 1, 2, and 3 being the title tracks of the albums from which they came.)

Number four goes to "A Plaque Of Lighthouse Keepers" by Van Der Graaf Generator.

I don't exactly know what number five is, but I'll just go with "2112".
