I haven't seen this here, so if I am repeating another thread, apologies, but I saw today that Downes' daughter died, tragically, in a car accident. Condolences to him. Absolutely tragic. MESSAGE FROM GEOFFREY DOWNES I am deeply grateful for all the messages of sympathy and support we have received following the tragic death of my beloved and irreplaceable youngest daughter, Alexandra. I will be honouring all professional commitments, but in the meantime I humbly request that my family, my loved ones and I be afforded privacy and time in which we can grieve and be as one with our thoughts. | I saw it on Monday---heartbreaking news--but I heard it wasn't a car accident---and as she was in her late 20's the cause of death was unknown---did you read it was an accident? |
