...has long been an issue - ever since I've been online at least - and the first time I used an Internet enabled computer was back in 1992 when I was at college.

This article on the Register highlights it well - I particularly like the colour coding system, even though I have no intention of using it.

http://www.theregister.com/2005/07/13/the_return_of_the_irony_tag/ - http://www.theregister.com/2005/07/13/the_return_of_the_iron y_tag/

I really like the example - but PARENTAL ADVISORY!!! There are words used by one of the participants that SOME people may find offensive - this sort of person is advised NOT to click the link below (the example from The Register...).

It somehow reminds me of at least one (ex)member of this very forum... Even if it does contain LOTS of naughty words, it's still a prime example of why a sense of humour is soooo important - even when you're being serious.

Just thought y'all might want a good laugh

The first two pages of the second link forum where pretty darn funnie

The colour codes are to complicated for me, but since I never do ironing etc. I will not have any use for it.

Anyway thanks for the link, it was a nice read, now I'll continue with what I was doing

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

"Death to Utopia! Death to faith! Death to love! Death to hope?" thunders the 20th century. "Surrender, you pathetic dreamer.”

"No" replies the unhumbled optimist "You are only the present."
