hi......new member here from ENGLAND.
just a few details about myself...............i am one of the geriatric proggers who at the tender age of 15 i was introduced to REAL music back in the early seventies.  Then i listened to bands such YES, GENESIS, HAWKWIND, ELP etc.
now a terrible confession !!!! i went off the rails in my 20's and went to disco's to meet the opposite sex &  it gets worse!!! i was now buying & listening to dance music ( although it was not as bad then as it is now. DEATH TO RAP, BURN IN MUSIC HELL )....AHEM..  sorry i went into one then.  But back to the story....fast forward to now. i am now married  with  2 grown up offspring  &  have re-discovered the first love of my life, what a relief to find it still alive & well !!!!
adding to the old favourites, i now discover/ listen to all the bands that i missed whilst wandering the musical wilderness, such as PORCUPINE TREE, ARENA et al.  thanks PROGARCHIVES.

THE PROGdigal son has RETURNED !!! ................. get the BBQ going.

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
