The only one I know is "Images and Words" - and it's not prog. It's OK, but absolutely nothing special.

Television ratings provide useful information for
advertising companies, TV producers, and parents. The
companies that offer such a service are publicly or
privately sponsored and the information is used to buy and
sell TV time as well as make program decisions.

A forerunner for television ratings was a study, sponsored
by the cable TV industry, on the effects of violence on
children. The result heightened the need for program
guidelines and limitations which were subsequently self
imposed by the program produces. The study revealed that
"psychologically harmful" violence was prevalent on
broadcast and cable television programs and that the risks
to viewers involved learning to behave violently, becoming
more desensitized to the harmful consequences of violence
and becoming more fearful of being attacked.

The study recommended that producers and others in the
television business limit the amount of violence and
increase the number of viewer advisories. It also suggested
that parents watch television with their children and
critically evaluate the programs with them.

2.Shadow Gallery - Tyranny - gave a try and didnt like it, just another poor DT clone

3.Evergrey - The Inner Circle - havent heard

4.Fates Warning - Disconected - havent heard

5.James LaBrie - Elements of Persuasion - heavent heard

6.John Petrucci - Suspended Animation - never knew about this one

7.Opeth - Damnation - 8/10, one of their weakest efforts musically but the idea of a prog death metal band creating something like this amazes me, great stuff. I cant imagine many other extreme metal bands being able to pull of such great and proggy mellow work.

Riverside mam zamiar z przyjemnoscia poznac! Wolalbym najpierw w sumie poznac poprzeez mp3... ale nigdzie nie da sie scignac.. Polska scena prog jest w sumie dosc biedna... aczkolwiek Satelite jest ca³kiem ok. The Solo LaBrie is a prog/industrial metal experience... Although its not as prog as any DT albums or Petrucci's Solo album... If You like LTE albums then You'll dig Suspended Animation... Long, instrumental tracks with countless guitar solos... Jaws of Life ons!

hej Ed_The_Dead, a slyszales polski zespol INDUKTI. IMO graja znacznie ciekawiej niz Riverside, mocniej i ostrzej, ich muzyka to jakby brakujace ogniwo miedzy tworczoscia Tool, a King Crimson z lat '70. Goscinnie spiewa tam Mariusz Duda z wspomnianego Riverside.
