 I JUST PICKED UP THE LIVE CD OF NIACIN-BLOOD,SWEAT AND BEERS.

THIS IS MY FIRST NIACIN CD AND I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT,AFTER LISTENENG TO IT I FOUND IT TO SAY THE LEAST"INTERESTING".

THE MUSICIANS ARE TOP RATE ESPECIALLY THE BASSIST-BILLY SHEEHAN, BEING FROM MY HOMETOWN(BUFFALO,N.Y. USA) I HAD TO GIVE THEM A TRY.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR ANY COMMENTS FROM ANYONE HERE AT PROGARCHIVES.PEACE TO ALL!

Hey,
I own the live album "Blood, sweat and beers" for some time now and I really love it.
It's a kind of ELP but more in the Jazzrock/Fusion corner. But regarding the Lineup it really is more Fusion. But it sounds really great and interesting...
if you have the chance, check it out...

Niacin are an amazing fusion group. Defintely something to check out.

Niacin's awesome! But you need the DVD, which has 5 tunes not on the CD (which, in turn, has 1 tune not on the DVD...3 if you count the CD reissue)!

Billy Sheehan and Dennis Chambers are badass muthafuqqas!

Nice cover of Krimson's "Red" on Niacin's "Time Crunch", with a interesting psychedelic fade out, as well as  Hammer/Beck (that is Jan and Jeff, as opposed to any other Hammer and Beck in the music sceneLOL) "Blue Wind".
