1492 - CONQUEST OF PARADISE (OST)

Amongst so many excellent Vangelis releases like El Greco,China,Mythodea etc I find this to be extremely mediocre.The music lacks strong enough themes to carry it and instrumentally isn't that interesting either.All quite surprising l given the subject matter of the film should have suited Vangelis down to the ground.Maybe it was a problem for him to recreate the magic of Blade Runner with the same director (Ridley Scott)?! Very disappointing and one to skip in my view.Collectors/Fans only.
