2 stars This is the fifth Hungarian album of OMEGA and it is a weak one. It shows a clear decline in inspiration, creativeness and ideas, if not in performance, which is still up to standards. OMEGA is here caught within the net of less than average hard rock patterns, and they cannot escape... "En elmegyek" is almost the best song on the album, a nice slow tempo ballad, but the rest of "Omega 5" suffers utterly. It is monotonous and dull hard rock performed in the vein of notable British (DEEP PURPLE, URIAH HEEP) or German acts (JANE, FRUMPY), with songs similar to each other and to previous albums. There is no progress or enough energy. Only for fans.
