In this song, Jon sings on behalf of God, in which God is saying, he would have waited forvever and the song goes on to state the various hot points in this person's life and what his destiny holds for him.

In the end, the person will fulfill the ultimate achivement in humanity as "Everyone will move with you now to the riverside"...
