UNQUESTIONABLE PRESENCE

As much as I tried to enjoy these guys, I, personally, just never could get into this kind of metal. That is, however, not to say that they aren't a good band- in fact, Atheist is pretty amazing. I've never heard music this immaculately well-structured before. This album, in particular, encompasses what Atheist is all about-muscular double-bassing, swift, powerful solos and snarling vocals that blend right in to the rest of the music. I would recommend this band to anyone into heavier genres of metal; if you aren't, check them out anyway-you never know.
