It defies the boundaries of post-psychedelia with its numerous fusion jams and originality towards songwriting. A masterpiece when listened to as a whole. The first few tracks of the album set the listener into the surreal world of Gong mythology, setting the atmosphere for Master Builder, arguably the best track of the album.
